SRINAGAR, Mar 18: Both factions of the separatist Hurriyat Conference have joined hands to condemn what they call "murderous attack of communal elements" on a delegation of Srinagar-based High Court Bar Association (HCBA) at Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu on Monday. HCBA has not only called for a shutdown of courts in protest but has also begun to draft a writ petition against the jail authorities, holding them responsible for organizing the attack and thus preventing the lawyers from meeting with the detenues.....more
