Welfare Committee, (BSWC) representing
Billawar constituency has decided to vote
for those who will work for their

'outcaste' the politicians who have
failed to represent them during past five
years.

a press conference on Sunday, Advocate J
S Badwal chairman of the committee
alleged that development of these
villages has been a dream since it came
into being and succcessive MLA's even
failed to provide basi amenities.
"Who
so ever will work for the development of
the area particularly villages and will
not distribute funds on the basis of
community and criminal lines will be
supported and we want to inform those who
claim to be the coming MLA's of the area
that they will have to issue the property
