Burial of the slain
SPO of Handwara Police, Mohammad
Ashraf Khan, and the young man
who slaughtered him brutally on a
Tata-Sumo, namely Hilal Ahmed
Hajam, took place at their
respective residential villages
of Hafruda and Wadipora in
Handwara area this evening.
Authorities claimed that
25-year-old Hilal Ahmed Hajam S/o
Abdur Rehman Hajam R/o Wadipora,
who had been gunned down SPO
Abdul Majeed Khan while fleeing
from the bloody spot, had turned
out to be a militant of Al-Badar
Mujahideen and not
Lashkar-e-Toiba as believed
