In case the firm fails to rectify the defect within stipluated time, the department shall be at liberty to make the arrangement of the needed item from the second lowest tenderer. The difference of cost incurred thereof shall be recovered from the defaulting tenderer.

08 The tenders received after the expiry of above mentioned date shall not be entertained.

09. The firm shall have to make supply within 3 days from the date of issue of the supply order.

10. 100% payment shall be made on receipt of supplies in our Regional Stores, Jammu after necessary verification of concerned Inspection Committee.
