Terms and conditions
1. That no tender form shall be issued on any person on behalf of any contractor either requested verbally or in writting.
2. That in case any person having attorney ( if in vogue). The tender form shall be issued only after verification of his Attorney documents delegated to him by contractor under the specific order/authentication of the compenent authority.
3. That the contractors shall appended the specimen signatures duly attested by the Gazetted Officer of the Engineering Department with the tender forms while casting their tender’s besides other documents as required under rules.
Special Conditions:-
1. If the trial pit fails or does not yield water up to requirement, the work shall be stopped henceforth.
2. The construction of Dug Well shall be taken up on the basis of detailed report from Central Ground Water Board for conversion of trial pit to Dug Well.
3. The successful tenderers shall have no right/claim on the basis of NIT if both the above conditions are not fulfilled.
4. Any other item(s) of work not including in the rate list but found necessary to be executed during the execution depth of work shall be paid in accordance with the SS of rates 2004 at contractors appreciation/depreciation charges.
5. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted.
6. Tender form shall be issued to the eligible contractor on production of their registration card.
7. Departmental material shall be issued on the following rates i.e. cement @ Rs. 330 per bag and steel of all sort @ Rs. 3500/Qtl. The cost of steel shall be recovered from the bill of the contractor and cost of cement shall be deposited in Divisional Chest which shall be released after completion of the work.
8. Typographical error if any in respect of rate/unit or description is found in the rate list the same shall be corrected and paid as per sanctioned schedule of rate 2004.
9. The tender opening authority reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
