J&K State Pollution Control Board

Launching & Inauguration of Environment Educators (Master Trainers) Training Workshop
from 20th to 22nd February 2008.
Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India under National Green Corps programme have appointed J&K State Pollution Control Board as Nodal Agency and World Wide Fund for Nature India (J&K) as Resource Agency Since 2002. In order to popularize Environment Education in Schools, SPCB shall be setting up 250 Eco-clubs in each district jointly with Education Department and Resource Agency. From 2008-09, 5066 Eco-Clubs have been setup and financial assistance @ Rs. 2500/- shall be provided to each school.
J&K State Pollution Control Board Nodal Agency) Jointly with Resource Agency, Education Department and Centre for Environment Education & Training is organizing State Level Environment Educators (Master Trainers) Training workshop from 20th to 22nd February 2008. The inaugural function shall be organized at Forest Information Centre, Bikram Chowk Jammu at 3 P.M. and one Environment Educators workshop in each district during 2008-09.

The Tenders are to be submitted on prescribed Tender form document which can be obtained from the office of Programme Officer ICDS Jammu against non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for general and Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for SSI Unit (Regd.). The tenders should be into separate bids (i) Technical bids (ii) Financial bids. The Financial bids of these bidders only who qualify in the technical bid shall be opened. The Tenderers shall have to deposit one sample weighing 10 Kgs. in respect of Channa and Green Moongi each in tin container, 5 Kgs. in respect of Haldi tin container, 15 Kgs. of Edible Mustered Oil tin, Nutri Nugget half Kg. 15 packs and RTE Dalia one Kg. 15 packs on or before 17.3.2008 upto 2 P.M. All the samples should be accompany with analytical report of Govt. approved laboratory/ expert opinion of the Govt. Department as applicable. No sample will be entertained without the above refer analytical test report expert opinion. The tenders so receipt aforesaid date shall opened in presence of Tenderers or their representatives who intend to participate in the opening of tenders of the same day i.e. 19.3.2008 at 2.30 p.m. or next day if the day happen to be holiday or any subsequent convenient day in the office of District Dev. Commissioner, Jammu.
The rates quoted should be F.O.R head quarters ICDS projects District Jammu and should be inclusive of all taxes including VAT/incidental/handling charges, Carriage/loading and un-loading etc.
The Tender document along with detailed Terms & Conditions can be had from the office of Programme Officer, ICDS Jammu upto 15.3.2008 upto 4.00 p.m. The Tenderers should be registered with Commercial Taxes Department/Sales Tax Department as of their respective States as applicable for the item tendered and should be enclose the copy of requisite certificate giving TIN No./GST/CST No./ VAT/Sales Tax Clearance certificate and turnover certificate from the competent authority.
The District Dev. Commissioner, (Chairman District Level Purchase Committee) reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or part without assigning any reasons thereof. The rates will be remain operative up to 31.3.2009.
The successful tenderers shall have to execute an agreement with the Department. No conditional tender will be accepted. The tender received after the prescribed date and time will be rejected.

7. The Sale tax/income tax clearance certificate/clearance of electrification charges from the concerned department may also be attached with the tender form.
