J&K State Road Transport Corporation regularly requires spares/accessories/tools for the maintenance of its fleet comprising of TATA/Leyland/Swaraj Mazda/Bajaj Tempo/ Mitshibishi commercial vehicles for the year 2008-2009 and for procurement of the same, allJammu based authorized spare part distributors/stockists/dealers of the aforesaid vehicles manufacturers their OEM’s and ASRTU approved manufacturers are, therefore, invited to submit the following documents for supply of spares to the Corporation at Jammu region.
1. Manufacturers/Firms authorization certificates valid as on date.
2. Manufacturers/Company’s current price list.
3. Warehouse address in J&K/Contact No./Contact person.
4. Product wise discount structure.
This complete document as mentioned above from interested supplies along with a DD for Rs. 5,000.00 pledged to Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer JKSRTS, as registration fee must reach the Office of the Manager (P&S) JKSRTC, Jammu before 06/03/2008.
The Managing Director JKSRTC reserves the rights to register multiple sources for supply of spares at the same time and reject or accept any offer without assigning any reason.
