He said that judiciary must know its destination and instead of making judgments law oriented, it should be justice oriented. He impressed for providing justice to people in practical as injustice is threat to justice everywhere.

Counting the qualities of judicial system, Justice Sinha said that it comprises of consciousness, commitment and character, adding that these qualities need to be within us, imbibed in us and inculcated to trainees through various workshops and programmes.

Chief Justice of State High Court Justice K S Radhakrishnan, in his address, said "success of this workshop depends not on the techniques or strategies evolved or the knowledge, acquired by sharing one’s experiences, but how successfully and effectively we can practice or utilize these techniques for rendering speedy, inexpensive and quality justice to litigant public".

He added that judiciary in the State has always been a beacon of faith and hope for the people of the state while it is and was undergoing testing and turbulent times.
