society will not be responsible in any way. If
any such case comes to our notice, we shall
cancel the allotment of such residential
plot/shop plot. Transfer of plots to civilian
legal heirs of the members will only be done
after making proper provision in the Bye-Laws of
the society in the forthcoming Annual General
Body Meeting. However, genuine and urgent cases
may be considered by the Management for transfer.

04/ Whereas, despite your relieving from JSC
Channi Jammu, you did not report in this unit for
a pretty long time and accordingly you were
informed through P/S Hiranagar several times vide
this office signal Nos GB/G-04/08/7669-71 dated :
25.04.08, GB/G-04/08/8323-25 dated : 03.05.08,
GB/G-04/08/9296-99 dated 22.05.08 and
GB/G-04/08/11097-99 dated 21.06.08 with the
directions to report in this unit for duties but
you failed to report for duties and continued to
be absent till date.
05/- Whereas, in pursuance to notification issued
by DPT J&K vide No. GB/07/1314-46 dated.
22.02.07, you are retiring from service on
superannuation with effect from 30.09.08 but in
view of your continuous absence, your pension
case could not be processed by this office.
06/ Whereas, your continuous absence from duty
clearly indicates that you are no interested to
serve the department any more. Besides absence
from duty is a grave-misconduct and involves loss
of appointment in terms of Article 128 of J&K
CSR.
Going by the facts as discussed here in above,
you are hereby directed through this notice to
report for duties in this unit within 07 days
positively from the date of its publication in
the newspapers failing which it shall be presumed
that you are not interested to serve the
department any more and action under rules shall
be taken against you.
