It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that:-
i) the admission of successful candidates of Higher Secondary Examination Part-I (Class 11th) held under C.C.E. scheme in April Session 2008 to the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Course in the recognized Higher Secondary Schools Jammu Province will be completed by 09-06-2008 without payment of any late fee.
ii) no one shall be admitted to Higher Secondary Examination Part-II (Class XII) either as a regular or a private candidate who has been placed under re-appear category in one or more than one subject of Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) under any circumstances.
iii) no one shall be admitted in any recognised Higher Secondary School after 09-08-2008 provided that a late fee of Rs. 120/- shall be charged from each candidate seeking late admission till 19-06-2008.
iv) the regular teaching work of the class-12th shall start immediately after the expiry of last date.
v) the attendance of all the candidates admitted under S. No. (i) and (iii) above shall be calculated from the date the teaching work of the class starts.
vi) the Heads of the institution shall forward the prescribed registration return forms complete in all respects indicating name and particulars of every student admitted to class 12th alongwith prescribed renewal fee of Rs. 100/- per candidate to the Joint Secretary (Registration) Board of School Education, Rehari Colony, Jammu/Officers Incharge Sub Offices/Branch Offices of the Board latest by 01-08-2008 provided a late fee of Rs. 01/- per day per candidate be charged for a count of 10 days and thereafter no registration returns shall be accepted.
vii) no candidate seeking interschool migration shall be admitted by any Head of the institution even provisionally under any circumstances before his/her (candidate’s) Interschool migration is sanctioned by the Board. The erring institutiion/s shall personally be responsible for the consequences for granting un-authorized admission to the students and the Board shall incur no liability/responsibility on this count.
