faces several roadblocks

crore project for upgradation of
Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu
continued to hit roadblocks with no date
yet finalised to launch the project. Even
after the Government had approved Jammu
and Kashmir Industries’ (JKI) vacant
land near Resham Ghar for construction of
six new Departments for the GMC Jammu,
several inter-departmental hurdles have
delayed the project, which would have
