JAMMU, Nov 23: Congress today faced a revolt after declaration of Jehangir Mir as its candidate from Poonch-Haveli Assembly constituency going to by-election on December 12. Veteran Congress leader, Yashpal Sharma, who had lost the seat to NC’s GM Jan by just 600 votes in 2002 Assembly elections, has jumped into the electoral fray as an independent candidate.
