victims stage protest
URI, : Victims of the
massive earthquake that hit Jammu and
Kashmir exactly a year ago staged a
protest here today against the slow pace
of the rehabilitation of those affected
by the disaster that devastated dozens of

Three
ultras, jawan killed as troops foil
infiltration bid
JAMMU, : Three
militants were killed today when the army
foiled an infiltration bid along the Line
of Control (LoC) in Poonch district, even
as a soldier died during the operation.
The ultras were killed after a fierce
gunbattle between the security forces and
infiltrators resulting in the death of
