Cop kidnapped, gunned down in Tral
Five militants, soldier killed in 4 operations

SRINAGAR, June 25: Even as suspected militants have gunned down a Jammu & Kashmir Police personnel in Dadsar village of Tral and a soldier of Rashtriya Rifles has died in a gunbattle in Kulgam, Police and security forces have killed five militants in four separate operations in Kashmir valley since last evening. Meanwhile, two civilians, who had got injured in a blast in Sopore and in a shootout in Pattan, have succumbed to injuries at hospital.......more
