JAMMU, Dec 24: The Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) have established a fraud worth Rs 30 lakh committed by a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) and charge-sheeted five persons including two brothers running the NGO besides a Government officer. The agency has also passed serious strictures in its investigation report against two Central Government officers and a former Deputy Commissioner of Kathua and recommended Regular Departmental Action (RDA) against them.......more
