SRINAGAR, Dec 14: Claiming to have solved a shootout and saved a number of civilians from being killed, Police in Budgam district have arrested eight teenagers who had allegedly taken contract killings from the militant outfit, Al-Badr Mujahideen, at the rate of Rs 30,000 each.
