available flight. His story was no
different when he landed at a Canada
airport to participate in the IKA’s
second Kashmir conference in Toronto in
November 2004. This time around, things
were different—thanks to the venue.

country—The Netherlands—Qureshi

home in a car and nobody stopped him from
