Nov 23 : In yet another Fidayeen
attack in Jammu and Kashmir after the transfer of
power from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to
the Congress on November two this year, two
militants and three security personnel were
killed while seven others wounded when ultras
stormed a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
company headquarters at Hawal in the downtown

hydro-potential of Jammu and Kashmir is
required to be fully explored with
creation of maximum infrastructure in
PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control sectors
in a coordinated manner so that within
two years the entire State is covered for
providing potable water to the people.
For the purpose, there should be no
disparity between regions, districts,
blocks and villages as water is the basic
human need. All the departments should
accelerate the work on various projects
and complete these within the fixed time
