JAMMU, Mar 25: Pandemonium prevailed in the Legislative Assembly for more than 20 minutes during the Question Hour today forcing Speaker Tara Chand to adjourn the House for about 45 minutes as the National Conference MLAs protested against the Government decision to dissolve the Panchayats before completion of their term and hold fresh elections.................more
