JAMMU, Dec 29: A bill to amend Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA) giving powers to the State Vigilance Organisation (SVO) to seize or attach properties of corrupt officers was unanimously passed in the Legislative Assembly today in amended form with Deputy Chief Minister, Incharge Finance, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Muzaffar Hussain Baig declaring that there will be no politicking in drive against corruption. He announced that he would resign from the Ministry the day Opposition leaders would allege with their conscience that Mr Baig is corrupt.........more
