SRINAGAR, Dec. 21: A top commander of Harkat-ul-Mujahideen (HuM) militant outfit was killed in a brief encounter at Soura in Srinagar outskirts today while as police recovered a decomposed body of an abducted police constable nearly two months of his abduction.
