grave hardships.
Addressing a press
conference here today, senior Member of the
Federation and former president, Chamber of

Kunjwani and fruit Mandi why the truck movement
has been banned in Ware House, asked Ramesh Gupta
?.
Mr Gupta said
the ban on the movement of trucks will lead to
scarcity of essential commodities in Jammu and
other places and it will directly affect 5000
people including 1000 businessmen, 1500 employees
and 3000 laborers working in Nehru Market and
Ware House daily.
Ramesh Gupta said
it is the market of global competition and when
the traders are not allowed to do business during
day how can they compete in the market, he asked?
Mr Gupta said over

Dec 3: Jammu
State Morcha has asked the Union and State
Governments to clarify their policy with regard
to rehabilitation of the migrants especially

was not only confusing but also intriguing.
Commenting on the
media reports that more than 5200 two-room sets
are being constructed in Jammu for the migrants
from the Kashmir valley, spokesman of the Morcha

hand about 10,000 such sets are being constructed
in the Valley for rehabilitation of these

tenements are being constructed in Jammu.
He said while day
in and day out it is being parroted that Kashmir
was incomplete without Kashmiri Pandits for past
many years but on the ground steps are being
taken to shut doors on their return to homes in
the Valley.
Mr Seth said the
appointments in the Valley are not offered to
Kashmiri Pandits or other minority communities
thus virtually driving them out and working on
