The company has a large investment in new State of the -art machinery and is market leader in Dubai, U.A.E. Production Manager The successful candidate will have an engineering degree/diploma and at least 10 years experience in the pressure vessel industry including workshop management of welding and fabrication. He will be computer literate, have an excellent command of the English language and be familiar with the various fabrication codes under ASME. He will be required to reorganize the workshop management by redistributing the work load of the production staff with a view to improving quality and productivity and reducing the general overhead. This will be achieved by being organized, attention to detail, ensuring quality at every stage to manufacture a quality product and eliminate the need for rectification work. He must be open to new ideas and techniques and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities will include all aspects of management of the workshop including recruitment, training, safety & timely production.
