SRINAGAR, Oct 22: National Conference (NC) today demanded judicial inquiry into the alleged malpractices of the PDP-led coalition Government in the recent by-elections. In a significant political development, the main Opposition party in the state legislature also threatened to boycott all elections in future in case Election Commission of India failed to order an inquiry by a retired judge of the Supreme Court of India.............more
