Home Centre is a large retail chain having furniture and house wares stores across U.A.E. Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia requires the following personnel for the operation in the UAE. Retail Managers (Age below 40 Years) Graduate with at least 8 years experience in retailing, marketing of FMCG Goods or in the service Industry. Responsibility include maintaining retail stores, achieving sales targets, manageing inventory, sorting out customer complaints, innovative merchandising, staff planning & development and maintaining international retail standards. Must have the ability to plan and manage merchandise, staff and customers for large retail stores. Showroom Managers (Age 28-35 years) Graduate with relevant experience of at least 5 years in the similar position in the retail /service industry, Responsibilities, will include store management, merchandise planning and coordination, customer service, maintaining international retail standards, training and development of store staff. Showroom Supervisors (Age 20-28 years) Graduate with relevant experience of at least 3 years in supervisory role in a leading retail/service outlet. The responsibilities will include customer service, merchandising, supervision, developing and train sub-ordinates, showroom administration and ensuring shop keeping discipline. Sales Associates (age 20-28) Graduate with relevant experience of at least 2 years in a leading department store/service outlet. Visual Merchandisers (Age below 30 years) A creative thinker with minimum of 3 years experience as a visual mechandiser in large retail store or an interior design graduate with 3 years experience. Should possess excellent ability to create visual displays that we visual, logical and commercial in a retail store retailing in furniture, gifts and housewares. IT Administrator (Age below 30 years) Graduate in Computer science/engineering with a minium of 4 years experience in ORACLE 8, SQL, Access, foxpro. NT, Netware Platform. Programming knowledge in Visual Basic. ASO. Java script, IIs wound be an added advantage. Should have exposure to retail system such as POS, inventory management, purchase order, logistics management etc. Ware House Manager (Age below 35 years) Graduates with at least 3-5 years experience in organizing and running a busy warehouse in a retail environment. The responsibilities will include shipment receipts, packaging, distribution, customer ;deliveries, Waehouse administration and training and development of Warehouse staff. Human Resources Assistant (Age below 30 years) Graduates in Human resources management with at least 2-3 years of experience in a company of repute with high performance driven culture. The repsonsibilities will include coordinating recruitment, training and development, updating HRIS, HR Reporting and attendance management etc. Carpenters (Age below 30 Years) Should be able to assemble and repair furniture and must communicate in basic English, Previous experience in flat packed furniture's will be added a advantage.
