PM announces troop reduction in J&K

NEW DELHI, Nov 11 : Ahead of his maiden visit to Jammu and Kashmir next week, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh tonight announced reduction of troops deployed in the State this winter in view of "improvement" in the situation there but made it clear that the decision would be kept under "constant review"..............more
