SRINAGAR, Nov 4: In a dare-devil action, heavily armed militants today looted cash worth Rs 71 lakh from Jammu and Kashmir Bank at Imam Sahib in Shopian after killing a Police guard and leaving four others, including the branch manager, critically injured in a shootout. Yet again in south Kashmir, the militants struck in broad daylight, blasting the state government’s claims of normalcy on occasion of its second birth anniversary..........more
