SRINAGAR, Nov 1: While claiming that 10 cases of murder on mainstream politicians and Police personnel have been solved in the last few days, Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, Javed Makhdoomi, today said that Police had achieved a major breakthrough in the IED blast that occurred at Sarnal (Anantnag) on October 24 last.
