Service Advisors : (Code SBA-09)

Reporting to the Service Manager, you are the first point of contact for the customer when he visits the workshop. You will be responsible for receiving the vehicles, repair order opening, billing of service jobs. 'follow through' of vehicle in the workshop and ensuring customers requirements are met.

Should be a degree/diploma holder in automobile/mechanical engineering from a reputed institute with at least 5 years experiecne in a similar capacity at an automobile workshop. Good interpersonal and customer handling skills along with a capability to understand customer requirements is also a prerequisite.

Age around 30 yeas.
