It is for the general information of public that vide SRO 274 dated 18th August, 2004, the Govt. has appointed Chief Education Officer of respective district to be the competent authority in respect of granting permission/recognition in favour of Private Schools to be run upto 5th class, as such the concerned Head of the Institution should approach to the Chief Education Officer of the respective district. However, the Directorate of School Education will only now look into the cases of recognition/permission for Private Schools upto classes 8th at its own level and submit those cases with recommendation for recognition upto classes 9th to 12th to the Administrative Department which are found satisfactory with regard to adherence of codal formalities.

AUCTION NOTICE

A public auction will be held by 7th Bn ITB Police BHQ Udhampur PO Garhi, Parnoo Camp, Distt Udhampur (J&K). The disposal of condemned EI clothing: Show clothing, cots cotton tap niwar; furniture. WT Eqpt, Carpenter tools solar plates, solar boxes, Battery, Amn PM, Nor, snow tantages, GIA, MT Tyre & tube, CWF Trg Store and all type of Misc store in the month of December 6.12.04 to 18.12.04 at 1000 hrs.

1. All interested parties can participate in the auction on stipulated date & time.

2. All bidders will be deposited Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as security money before start the bid, same amount will be returned immediately after the auction is over.

3. The condemned store will be auction as in where is basis.

4. No person/parties will be permitted to bid without depositing the security money. Other terms and conditions will be intimated to all bidders before the start of auction.

5. Auctioned store will be removed within 12 Hrs from the place of auction. It will be responsibility of the successful bidders to removed the store at his own arrangement which will be possible only when the full amount alongwith applicable sale tax amount is deposited by the successful bidders at the spot immediately.

6. The Commandant 7th Bn ITB Police reserve the right to reject one or all bid without assigning any reason.

7. Decision of Commandant 7h Bn ITB Police will be final in all respect to any dispute regarding above auction.
