TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. The tender
should reach this office within 15 days of
publication of this notice. Tender received after
the 15 days will not be accepted.
2. The supplies
should be FOR Science and Technology Office,
Udhampur.
3. The cost of the
articles shall remain valid till the end of the
financial year.
4. The Tenderers
shall have to enclose samples of the articles to
be supplied (as per specifications) along with
the tender.
5. The U/S rserves
the right to accept or reject any tender or part
thereof without assigning any reason to it.

The detailed
tender document for the above mentioned work can
be seen in the office of the Executive Engineer,
Irrigation Division Kathua on any working day but
three days before the date of receipt of tenders
in the office concerned.
The tenderers must
cast their tenders on the prescribed tender forms
issued by the competent authority be offering
their rate ABOVE OR BELOW the sanctioned schedule
of rates of 1997 in vogue in the Irrigation &
Flood Control Department Jammu at present. The
rate list of the works is attached to this N.I.T.
The tenders received late due to postal delay or
due to any other reasons shall be responsibility
of the tenderer(s) concerned and further all such
tenders shall be rejected.
