BUDGAM, Apr 6: After filling his nomination papers for the prestigious Srinagar-Budgam Parliamentary constituency, National Conference (NC) president, Omar Abdullah today unequivocally said that his party would not participate in any coalition at the Centre. While acknowledging that NC committed mistakes in the past, Omar told to a massive gathering here that Mufti Government had lost its sheen in only last 16 months. He pointed out that people had realised that "Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has got a person in Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed to do their all work" in Jammu and Kashmir and hence omitted Article 370 from its manifesto.................more
