SRINAGAR, Oct 23: Moderate separatist conglomerate, Hurriyat Conference, led by Maulvi Abbas Ansari, has indicated its willingness to respond positively to New Delhi’s fresh offer of initiating a process of dialogue to sort out the Kashmir crisis. Within hours of the Government of India’s announcement that the Deputy Prime Minister, L K Advani, would be talking to Kashmiri separatist leadership, Ansari returned to Srinagar from New Delhi and called a meeting of the Hurriyat Executive Council to discuss the latest political development................more
