UDHAMPUR, Oct 22: A police head constable was killed and eight others including Additional Sessions Judge Ghulam Nabi Sheikh, an Additional Public Prosecutor and a militant were injured when a grenade exploded inside the Court in Kishtwar town in Doda district this afternoon.
