BHIMBER GALI, Oct 4: As the infiltration has been going unabated, Army, with advanced equipment, has devised a comprehensive strategy to trap the infiltrators in open fields to ultimately track them down. This new strategy has yielded some encouring results, as during the last 15 days troops have eliminated as many as 10 terrorists, who had managed to sneak into this sector.................more

Army kills 2 militants involved in Rajouri blast

RAJOURI, Oct 4: In a major success, army and police today gunned down two hardcore militants including a ‘deputy district commander’ and an IED expert of Hizb-e-Islami outfit at Behrot under the jurisdiction of Thanna Mandi police station. They had masterminded a blast in the town here on September 20 in which four persons including a top RAW officer were killed and 29 others were injured..............more
