SRINAGAR, Oct 1: A year after imposing their own ‘POTA’ on two National Conference (NC) leaders in south Kashmir, militants have dislodged eight families in Kulgam and locked their properties. Militants have also torched the houses of two counter-insurgents in Kangan area. Meanwhile, security forces have killed two militants in Kupwara and the death toll in the weeklong gunbattle in Gurez has reached 21................more
