GOC-in-C hopeful of major improvement in situation

SRINAGAR, Nov 23: Pessimistic about Pakistan’s influence to reduce the level of infiltration but optimistic about the results of a slew of fresh counter-insurgency measures, Commander of Army in Jammu & Kashmir is hopeful of major improvement in the situation within the next one year.
