SRINAGAR, Nov 15: While as a child died in an IED blast and his mother sustained critical injuries in Lolab valley of Kupwara district tonight, seven persons including an Inspector of Border Security Force (BSF) sustained injuries in another IED blast caused by militants near Kashmir University campus in Hazratbal outskirts of the capital city.
