In continuation of this office Notification No. PA/CE/MISC/03/65-70 dated 12th May, 2003 regarding RE-EXAMINATION OF GENERAL ENGLISH PAPER-B (New Course) for B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA Part-III, 2003, it is hereby notified that those candidates who have opted for the New Course and who after taking the Examination on 12th May, 2003 do not wish to appear in the RE-EXAMINATION shall be given TEN GRACE MARKS subject to the condition that the total of the paper shall not exceed the maximum marks i.e. 40 marks.

Those who do not wish to avail of the above relief shall have to take RE-EXAMINATION in the said paper scheduled to be held on 3rd of June, 2003. The venue and timing of the RE-EXAMINATION shall remain unchanged.

Terms and conditions:

1. The tenders for Group A & B should be submitted separately with clearly mentioning on the envelop of tender for particular group.

2. Group A running the canteen with-in premises of District Hospital Kathua for serving cooked food to the indoor patients and attendants.

3. The tenders should be accompanied by a CDR of Rs. 30000/- (Thirty Thousand) for Group A & B Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand) for Group B from any recognised Bank duly pledged to the undersigned with out CDR no tenders shall be treated as valid.

4. Tenders froms can be had from the office of undersigned against cash payment of Rs. 20/- during office hours or any working day.

5. The rates should have been quoted eligibly in ink both in words and figures on the latter pad of the firm.

6. The tenderers should furnish a certificate to the effect that all electricity charges as well as Income Tax for the assessment year 2002-03 stands cleared.

7. The tenderers particularly for Group B should have been registered with SSI units and should quote the sale tax no etc.

8. The Chairman of the purchase committee reserve the right to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reason the tenderers.

The work will be initially awarded for a period of one year, which may be extended on mutual negotiation / agreement / discretion of The Director, RRL, Jammu.

Interested parties / Agencies, having good repute and satisfactory performance in the field may kindly submit their sealed quotation, rates / charges for various cities / towns in India and other important countries of the world, addressed to the Director, Regional Research Laboratory, Canal Road, Jammu, which should reach to this office on or before 29th May 2003 which will be opened on the next day i.e. 30th May 2003 at 3.00 p.m.

The cover of the quotation should be indicating "QUOTATION FOR COURIER SERVICE" and the due date (29th May 2003) is also to be mentioned, so as to avoid misplacement / delay of receipt of quotation at proper place. Late / delayed quotation / tender will not be considered at any cost.
