3. The tenders
should be accompanied by a CDR of Rs. 30000/-

(Five thousand) for Group B from any recognised
Bank duly pledged to the undersigned with out CDR
no tenders shall be treated as valid.
4. Tenders froms
can be had from the office of undersigned against
cash payment of Rs. 20/- during office hours or
any working day.
5. The rates
should have been quoted eligibly in ink both in
words and figures on the latter pad of the firm.
6. The tenderers
should furnish a certificate to the effect that
all electricity charges as well as Income Tax for
the assessment year 2002-03 stands cleared.
7. The tenderers
particularly for Group B should have been
registered with SSI units and should quote the
sale tax no etc.
8. The Chairman of
the purchase committee reserve the right to
reject or accept any tender without assigning any

a reputed and experience Courier Agency for
collecting of our letters / parcels, etc and
ensure safe and quick delivery of the same to the
addressees, in the different states of India /
abroad.
The work will be
initially awarded for a period of one year, which
may be extended on mutual negotiation / agreement
/ discretion of The Director, RRL, Jammu.
Interested parties

countries of the world, addressed to the Director,
Regional Research Laboratory, Canal Road, Jammu, which

The cover of the
quotation should be indicating "QUOTATION
FOR COURIER SERVICE" and the due
date (29th May 2003) is also to be mentioned, so

quotation / tender will not be considered at any
cost.
The quotation
should be clear in all respect i.e. rates /
charges (for all states of India, if separate) as
well as for letters to be posted in abroad,

awarded the work, will have to submit a Term
