2. The prospective buyers shall have to deposit Rs 20,000/- (Rs twenty thousand only) in cash or in the shape of CDR of any Nationalised Bank or that of J&K Bank duly pledged to the undersigned before he is permitted to take part in the auction.

3. The condemned vehicles/obsolete stores will be auctioned to the highest bidder on ''as is where is basis''. The successful bidder shall have to pay 25% amount of the bid on spot in cash and shall have to pay the remaining amount in cash within three days of auction.

5.
