The public auction of above subjected stores is hereby extended upto 8-1-2004. (1 PM). The sale of list of stores to be auctioned along with terms and conditions of auction against payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of postal order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer (Direction Office) Mechanical Engineering Department, Jammu is also extended up to 6-1-2004. The registration of the bidders against earnest money in the shape of CDR/FDR of Rs. 50,000/- drawn in favour of Accounts officer (Direction Office) Mechanical Engineering Department, Jammu shall also be made up to 7-1-2004

All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
