JAMMU/NEW DELHI, Dec 22: December 22 will be remembered as the red letter day in the history of Dogri language. The news of the inclusion of Dogri in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution was celebrated by writers, litterateurs, and common masses in Jammu after the news spread that Dogri among other three languages has been included in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution when Lok Sabha unanimously approved an amendment in the Constitution to give due share to these languages today....................more
