JAMMU, Dec 13: Police tonight arrested a young woman, who was working as a ‘commander’ of the Hizbul Mujahideen outfit, and his father after a fierce day long gun-battle with eight militants in a house at Machaidi Katali in Billawar tehsil in Kathua district. Police have also foiled a militants’ plot to massacre a group of the minority community members tonight...................more
