JAMMU, Dec 28: Police today said they were close to cracking a wide network of Al-Badr outfit in the border district of Rajouri on the basis of ‘vital leads’ given by three arrested militants including a Pak national and a PSO of the National Conference MLC during their three days of sustained questioning.
