The application form for grant of Scholarship should reach this office within the six months after the admission in the Institute.

Income Criteria:-

I. Income of the parents/guardians does not exceed Rs. 60,965/-per annum in respect of the SC/ST Students.

II. Income of the parents/guardians does not exceed Rs. 44,500/- per annum in respect of OBC Students.

Procedure for applying

An application form for scholarship should comprise:-

a. One copy of the application for scholarship in the prescribed from (seperate application form as has been prescribed for fresh and renewal scholarship)

Note : Minimum Acceptable reserve price case in respect of following vehicles sart for approval and if approval received from DIGP, CRPF, Chandigarh by 8/1/03 then only it will be put for auctioned on 9/1/03.

1. Vehicle Regn No. DIL-1130 Tata 610 One Ton.
2. Vehicle Regn No. DEL-4480 Tata Truck.

All the interested parties are requested to attend the public auction on stipulated date and time. All bidders will have to deposit a sum of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) only as security deposit and get their name registered with the board at 1000 hrs on the date of auction. The security money will be refunded after the auction is over. Successful bidders will be required to make full payment excluding sales tax as per existing rules immediately and remove the vehicles with in 24 hours at their own cost. Sales tax will be deposited by the successful bidder at taxation office of the state and receipt will be handed over to the office of the Commandant 86 Bn, CRPF, before the removal of the vehicles. Security money will be forefeited in case the bidder fails to deposit full payment and remove the vehicles with in the stipulated time.

Te purchaser will have to re-register the vehicles with the transport authorities in his name.

All rights to decide the final bid are reserved with the Commandant 86 Bn, CRPF, whose decision will be final and binding in all cases of bidding.
