JAMMU, Dec 7: In a fit
case for the Accountability Commission,
the Vigilance Organisation has acquitted
two political leaders including a former
Minister in the National Conference
Government and a sitting MLA even after
confirming the charges of Government land
embezzlement worth several crores of
rupees against them. The "premier
investigating agency ", however,
ordered action against ‘delinquent
officers’ of the Revenue Department,
who were also involved in the land
