Improve infrastructure in J&K

Sir,

As my home town is Jammu, so I am emotionally attached with the place .

To improve the unemployment situation in J&K it requires for the government to provide good package to the industries in terms of not only sales tax, local tax and income tax reliefs but also uninterrupted basic facilities like electricity, good roads transportation and better ambience at the sites maintained by the government besides good security .

I feel this is high time when all the politicians should sit together and work towards the betterment of the state in terms of employment, infrastructure, pollution control and security.

Volunteer society security squads should be maintained and must be given extensive combat training and the best arms to fight the terrorism and to protect the society from any terrorist attacks. For these security squads NCC college students can be selected. Not only these people will be providing the security to their societies but also can act as good soldiers when the country will be at war. Volunteers can serve the country and save the nation and can play a major role in the development and security.

New women generation

Sir,

Another day passed, another footmark of success was left by a woman. We Indians have our first woman on the post of Air Vice Marshal in the Indian Air force.

Air Vice Marshal Bandopadhaya has achieved a milestone which every Indian woman aspires of before joining Armed forces.

Beginning her career as a doctor from prestigious Armed Force Medical College, Pune, Air Vice Marshal Bandopadhaya has achieved many feats and was part of Indian crew to Antartica.

She is part of women folk who dares to dream high and reach far in life. She is indeed part of women force who plays most difficult roles in life of being a mother, a wife, a sister. A women proves metal of her brain and internal stamina in the tricky situations of life.

Right from the position of a Deputy Speaker in Indian Parliament leader of opposition party, Ministers in different ministries, Chief Minister in three States and numerous high profile posts, the present day Indian woman is rubbing her shoulders with success every day. She can achieve any thing if provided with right kind of atmosphere and direction.

Few hurdles like the Bill for women reservation lingering in the Parliament shows the kind of attitude adopted by odd people to fulfill their own interests.

Well, the present Indian women generation don't care for such hurdles and is determined enough to kick every unturned stone of life to make their way to success.
