Water supply to remain affected on Sunday, Monday

JAMMU, July 15: Water supply to parts of Old Jammu City, New Plot, Sarwal, Subash Nagar, Rehari, Janipur, Paloura, Chinore and adjoining areas shall remain affected on July 16-17.
According to an official communiqué, issued by Executive Engineer, PHE Division No 1, Jammu, the pumping from water treatment plant Sitlee has got drastically reduced due to erratic behaviour of river Tawi because of sudden rise and fall of water levels and as such water supply shall remain effected in some areas.
