JAMMU, Aug 9: Water supply to old city and some of its outskirts will remain affected on August 10, as due to heavy silt deposits in river Tawi resulting from recent heavy rainfall, pumping of water from Sitlee Intake structures has been reduced significantly.
The areas that will be affected include Panjthirathi, Ustad Mohalla, Jain Bazaar, Rehari, Sarwal, Janipur, Paloura, Chinore and adjoining areas.
