WABBA nominates Randhawa as President J&K Body Building Asso

JAMMU, Nov 11: World Amateur Body Building Association (WABBA) India has announced its office bearers for the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a press communiqué issued here Ch. Vikram Randhawa, Member Legislative Council (MLC), and the renowned body builder, Sachin Gupta have been appointed as President and General Secretary respectively, while as, Bharat Bhushan and Sahil Gupta have been appointed as Vice-President and Treasurer respectively.
Press communiqué issued here by the president of the WABBA J&K, Ch. Vikram Randhawa and General Secretary Sachin Gupta said that they feel proud to be part of an international body building organization.
They said that the World Amateur Body Building Association (WABBA) is an International body Building Organization which was founded in 1976 by the French bodybuilder Serge Nubret.
They further said that the national president, Bhupinder Dhawan- Dhronacharaya awardee and national general secretary Dinesh Aswal-Commonwealth champion are keen to promote body building in the Jammu and Kashmir.
Randhawa said that with the constitution of its unit in Jammu and Kashmir the body builders from Jammu and Kashmir State will get a chance to represent themselves at the international level.
They said that the office of the WABBA J&K for the time being will operate from Planet Health Club, Purmandal Morh, near Dr Sahil’s Homeopathic clinic, Jammu.
